• Full Refund: You can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you haven't sent us your appliance measurements yet. 
  Please note that a cancellation fee of 2.5% of the order value will be applied to all canceled orders. This fee covers administrative costs and payment processing charges.
  

• Before Printing: If you've sent us the sizes but the magnets haven't been printed yet, you can get a full refund minus a $15 production and handling fee.

• After Printing: If the magnets have already been printed, you can get a refund for the real shipping cost only ($38 approx) 

• No Refunds After Shipping: Since your magnet is custom-made, we can't offer refunds after the item has been shipped.

• Damaged Goods: If your magnet arrives damaged, please send us a photo or video. We'll replace the product after receiving carrier approval for the damage.

• Poster Magnets: These are 100% refundable within 14 days of receiving the product.

• Gift Cards: Our gift cards are 100% refundable within 6 months of purchase.
