Do you have magnets for my fridge model? 
Yes, we make magnets for all domestic fridge models!
Simply select your fridge type, place your order, and follow the measuring guide I’ll send via email. Send me the measurements, and I’ll handle the rest.

How do I know if my fridge is magnetic?
You can check if your fridge is magnetic with a small magnet. If it sticks, you’re good to go! If not, don’t worry; we have high-quality vinyl wraps as an alternative.

Can I customize the design?
Absolutely! You can choose this product and send me your idea, and I'll create a custom magnet just for you.

What if I don't see a design I like?
No problem! You can email me your ideas, and I’ll create a bespoke design tailored to your taste.

How do I measure my fridge for a custom magnet?
After you place your order, I’ll email you a simple measuring guide. Follow the steps, and send me the measurements.

Can I order a magnet for non-magnetic appliances?
Yes! Just email me after placing your order, and I’ll print your design on high-quality, bubble-free vinyl.

Do you offer samples?
Yes, our samples are free! You only pay for shipping. They give you a great idea of the quality and feel of our products.

Do your magnet wrap around the door side?
Yes, we offer additional stripes to cover the door lip. if the door lip is less than 1.5" you will need to use some double sided tape to keep it in place 

How long does it take to receive my order?
Once I have your measurements, I’ll print and ship your magnet in 1-2 days. Delivery times depend on your location but takes no more than 7 working days

What about the handles?
I suggest to remove the handles and put them back above the magnet. You can easily pinch the magnet with the screw. Email me the model number, and get a video on how it is done.

Or I can make cut outs for the handles

After Ordering

Can I make changes in my order after placed?
Sure! Just send me an email and if the magnets wasn't printed you can make any changes or adjustments. 

Can I apply the magnet myself?
Yes! It’s easy. Just align it with your fridge and smooth it out. If you need help, I’m just an email away.

My magnet isn’t sticking. What should I do?
Make sure your fridge is magnetic. If it is just roll the magnet printed side up and it will solve the issue, If it’s not, you can use double-sided tape to attach the magnet. Many of my customers use this method successfully.
What if my magnet arrives damaged?
If your magnet arrives damaged, contact DHL to file a damage report. Once the report is filed we will send you a replacement 
How do I care for my magnet?
Clean it gently with a damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials to keep your magnet looking great.
Can I move the magnet to a different fridge?
Yes, if it is the same model, our magnets are reusable! You can easily move them to another fridge without losing their stickiness.
Can I store the magnet?
Sure, just roll it and put away it will be ready for use whenever needed
