Refund policy

Thank you so much for choosing KUDU Magnets! Every magnet we make is lovingly custom-made to fit your specific appliance, and we work hard to ensure you’re happy with the result. Because each piece is made just for you, we’ve put together a fair and clear policy to help guide any questions or issues that might come up.

Refund Policy

  • Full Refund: You can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you haven't sent us your appliance measurements yet. 
    Please note that a cancellation fee of 2.5% of the order value will be applied to all canceled orders. This fee covers administrative costs and payment processing charges.

  • Before Printing: If you've sent us the sizes but the magnets haven't been printed yet, you can get a full refund minus a 15 USD production and handling fee.

  • After Printing: If the magnets have already been printed, you can get a refund for the real shipping cost only (38 USD approx) 

  • No Refunds After Shipping: Since your magnet is custom-made, we can't offer refunds after the item has been shipped.

  • Poster Magnets: These are 100% refundable within 14 days of receiving the product.

  • Gift Cards: Our gift cards are 100% refundable within 6 months of purchase.


Replacement Policy

1. If You Provided the Wrong Sizes.
Mistakes happen! If incorrect measurements or model details were provided, we’re happy to offer a discounted replacement at $42 USD per panel (this includes reprinting and shipping).

2. If We Made a Production Mistake,
If we sent the wrong size or there’s a clear production error, please send us a photo of the issue within 7 days of receiving your order. Once confirmed, we will gladly send you a free replacement.

3. About Color Differences
Please remember that screen displays can vary, so colors may look slightly different in person depending on your lighting and device. We use top-quality materials and professional printing to match the design as closely as possible, but small variations are normal and not considered defects. If you want extra reassurance, we recommend ordering samples before placing your full order.

4. Magnetic vs. Non-Magnetic Surfaces
Before ordering, please check if your appliance is magnetic by testing it with a small fridge magnet. If your appliance isn’t magnetic, we’re happy to recommend alternative attachment solutions (like double-sided tape), but we cannot offer refunds or replacements due to the surface type.

5. Handle Cutouts and Custom Shapes
If you need handles cutouts or special shapes, these must be specifically requested and confirmed by email before production. We can’t offer free replacements if this information wasn’t provided when you placed your order.

6. Material Feel and Flexibility
Our magnets are made from flexible, lightweight, premium materials designed for easy application and durability. If you’re unsure about the feel or thickness, please request samples before ordering. Complaints about material flexibility after delivery are not eligible for replacement.

7. Design Placement
Please note that the placement of the design may vary slightly from how it appears on the website, as each design is adapted to fit the specific fridge or dishwasher model. If you’d like to see exactly how your design will be positioned, you can order a mockup for just 2.20 USD before final production.

8. Stolen packages
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, KUDU cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery. If this happens, please contact us — we’ll always do our best to find a fair solution.
